He was born in the Nic village of the Gabala district in 1952. He has served in the rows of Soviet Army in the Belarus in 1976-1977. He is married from 1979 and has 3 sons.
EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED- In 1973 has studied in the geography institute

- In 1979-1993 have worked in the post of juniour research scientist, head scientific worker, chief research scientist in the geography institute of the
- National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.
- Head teacher in the geography faculty of the Baku State University from 1993.
- In 1997 works in the post of assistant professor from year.
- Author of the 5 textbooks on specialty of physical geography, landscape and school supplies,
- 140 scientific articles, from 10 of the methodical instructions and 3 monographic research works.
- He has brought up 4 candidates of sciences.
