• Born in 1937 in the Georgian Republic in the Gardabani region. Since 2009, he is a professor at BSU. Married, has two children.

EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED

• 1944-1956 - Studied in the Azerbaijani school of the Gardabani region.
• 1961 - Graduated from the Faculty of Geography of Baku State University with a diploma with honors
• 1967 - Graduated from the graduate school at the Research Institute for Fossil Fuels in Moscow
• 1968 - Defended his thesis on "Issues of placement and development of mineral fertilizer industry in the Transcaucasia economic region", received the degree of candidate of economic sciences
• 2007 - Defended his doctoral thesis on the topic "Economic and geographical areas of improvement of the territorial organization of the economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan", received the degree of doctor of geographical sciences,
• 2009 - Received the title of professor.

• 1961 - Teacher of geography in a secondary school in the village of Sarybulag of the Balaken district of the Azerbaijan Republic.

• Based on using the strong prerequisites of the natural-economic, intellectual and transit situation, realize the diversification of economic sectors and the sustainable development of the regions.
