She was born on September 6, 1947 in Kurdamir. In 1954-1965 she studied at the secondary school No. 175 in Baku. In 1965-1971 she studied at the Geological and Geographical Faculty of Baku State University. She has been working at BSU since 1994. Since 2005 she is an assistant professor of economic and political geography of foreign countries and tourism.

The disciplines taught are the economic and political geography of the countries of the Near and Middle East, the economic and political geography of foreign countries, the economic geography of the world, the world's demography, the geography of Turkey, the geography of Iran, the geography of China, the economy of Turkey, the Iranian economy, China's economy, is the author of 8 methodical instructions, 12 training programs, more than 90 scientific articles.
