He was born in the Masally village on November 20, 1941. He has studied in the Masally village in the secondary school in 1949-1959. He has studied in the geology-geography faculty of the Baku State University in 1962-1967. He works in the Economical, political geography of the foreign countries and tourism chair of the Baku State University from 1982. He is the professor of chair.
