- Born in Barda city in the 17th of November 1958.
- Finished the secondary school No. 17 of Sumgait city in 1965-1975.
- Studied in the Faculty of Geology-Geography of Baku State University in 1975-1980.
- Working at the BSU since 1986.
- Married with one child.
