He was born in Baku on November 30, 1943 He has studied in the middle school in Tovuz region 1950-1958. He has served in the armed in 1964-1966. He works in the Baku State University from 1969 and he head teacher of the economical, political geography of the foreign countries and tourism chair from 2003.
