PERSONAL DATA

He was born of15 July 1946 in the Qacar village of the Fuzuli district. He has studied of the Fuzuli district in 1953 -1964. In 1965 -1968 Has served in the armed. He works in the Baku State University from 1993. He is married.

EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED

• 1987. physics, mathematics c/s. “ prognosis of the anomalies of the middle monthly temperature”
• In 1979-1981. Head the post graduate student in the geophysics observatory in St. Petersburg

COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

• 1974-1978. laboratory assistant, National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan,
• 1996-Hidrometeorology chair of the geography faculty in Baku State University
• Lessons carried took away: synoptic meteorology, dynamic meteorology, theory of climate, Numerical methods of the weather prognoses.
• He is the author of the 55 scientific articles, methodical means, book and 2 school supplies.
