He was born in Baku on the 14th of December1958 He has studied in the 158th secondary school in Baku city 1966-1976. He works in the Baku State University from 2001.

EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED

• He has defended the thesis candidate of sciences in 1991.
• 1986-1991 dispersants, laboratory of institute of soil and agricultural chemistry, land-reclamation of the land of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan
• He has studied in the Geology-geography faculty of the Azerbaijan State University in 1976-1981.
