Was born in Baku in 1974, Graduated High school and geography Department of Baku State University with honours ( 1996), Started to teach at the Geography Department in 1996. Participated in Junior Faculty Development Program administrated by US Department of States , spend academic year in Universities of the USA. National Expert in Education reform project conducted byAzerbaijan Ministry of Education and World Bank . Participated in conferences and trainings related to Higher Education Worked as Alumni Coordinator at Interested in Education Management, worked as Alumni coordinator at American Councils for International Education ( ACCELS - Baku office), Manager of Education project administrated by Swiss Agency for development and cooperation, internship at Embassy of Azerbaijan in Washington, Washington office of ACCELS, University of Ohio, University of Minnesota.
