- He was born on October 21, 1950 in the city of Shusha
- He studied in the school №1 of Shusha city during 1958-1968 years
- He achieved high education at the Kiev State University on the specialization of Cartography during 1968-1973 years
- During 1973-1976 years he worked as the cartography engineer at the State Enterprise for Aero-geodesy and Cartography
- During 1976-1992 years he was the Doctor Docent of the Baku State University
- During 1992-1998 years he was a military server of Azerbaijan Republic
- From 1998 till present is the Doctor Docent of Baku State University
- Married, has two children

- In 1973, he graduated from the Kiev State University
- In 1985, he defended of the Dissertation for the Candidate of Sciences degree on the subject “Development of methodology for the creation of specialized maps covering areas of oil and gas fields”
