He was born at the 5 of the May1958 in the Bolnisi region of the Georgia republic. He has studied in the secondary school of the Bolnisi region of the Georgia republic in 1965-1975. He has studied on geography specialist of the Geology -geography faculty of the Baku State University in 1976-1981. He has finished post graduate course on cartography specialty in 1987-1991. He has been invited as specialist to the chair of geodesy and cartography to the post of head laboratory assistant, of geography faculty of the Baku State University from 1992

He had been a student in geography faculty in the Baku State University 1981.
Investigation of gravity processes and mapping method with aerospace methods in the southern slope of the Greater Caucasus.
