• Was born in Baku, Azerbaijan in 1983;
• Studied at high school between 1991-2000;
• Studied at Baku State University, faculty of Geography on bachelor and master degree between 2001-2007;
• Since 2010 works at the Baku State University –at the department Hydrometeorology;

• 2001-2005 Bachelor diploma, Baku State University, Geography faculty , specialty - Hydrology
• 2005-2007 Master diploma, Baku State University, Geography faculty, specialty – Hydrology, subject – Estimation of environmental flow of Azerbaijan Rivers.
• 2011-to date PhD student, Baku State University, Geography faculty - subject: Analyze of hydro morphological processes in Shirvan Region rivers.
