He was born in Baku on the March 13, 1957. He has studied in the secondary school named after Mehdi Hüseynzadə in Baku 1964-1974. He works in the Baku State University from 1992.

Rivers” 1997. –d.g.s. 1982-1984 the post graduate students in the Hydrometeorology institute in Leningrad.
