Was born on 24 th November 1964 in Sumgait 1972-1982 years attended Sumgait Secondary School JN° 22. 1983-1985 years did military Service in Cuba. 1986-1991 years got University Education at Baku State University (BSU), Geography Department. 1991-1992 years worked as a Geography teacher at Sumgait Secondary School N° 10 1991- 1995 years got education at Graduate School Since 1992 works at BSU Married, has got 2 children.

- 1986-1991 years, student, BSU, Geography Departament 2000 year Doktor Assistant. «The methods of working out of large scale ecological-topoqrafic maps on the vasis of decipher ecological landscape aerocosmic rictures (belonging Apsheron penunsula)». 2003 year Professor Assistant.
